✔ How to mount it securely to a flat surface… you do not want to hang on a tree
✔ How to create a stable, free-standing post using a planter pot, rocks, soil, and a wooden plank If you don’t want to put nails into your home or don’t have a good wall to use, we’ll teach you how to create a sturdy ground-mounted setup that works beautifully.
Proper placement helps:
• Hang on flat surface
• Hang in early morning sun
• 4-6 feet off the ground
Mason bees are gentle, non-aggressive pollinators that do not sting and can pollinate up to 95% of the blooms they visit. It’s almost mason bee season. Set your habitat up correctly before bees emerge. If you’re new to mason bees, or ready to upgrade your setup, this video will walk you through it step-by-step.
