RENTAL AGREEMENT

By renting a solitary bee kit from Rent Mason Bees, You agree to Our Terms and Conditions in this Rental Agreement

You release bees back into your habitat and rent our nesting blocks. By checking this box, you agree to send our nesting blocks back in September.

In September, you will mail back your nesting blocks so that we can sterilize and clean cocoons and blocks (you keep the black house). It is important to get these back in September because in October we ramp up our team, bring in our harvesting equipment and set up a huge washing and flaming station to clean everything. When we get blocks back late, we have to do everything by hand and it is labor intensive and very time consuming.

Please make sure you are signed up for our newsletter, located on our website home page. We send solitary bee tips and reminders on returning your blocks.

If you do not return your bees by the end of September, your credit card will be charged a late fee of $150. We do not want to do this, but when the bees are not returned, we spend hours hand cleaning everything because all our equipment has left the shop.

Below lays out what you have agreed to by participating in our bee rental policy. Under the return policies you will find a legal rental agreement document. RETURN POLICY

We will contact you by email at least two weeks before it is time to return your bees. You are responsible for checking the email that you provided to us for return dates and locations. If you received your bees by mail, you will have a 30-day period to mail your bees back to us. If you need a replacement return label, contact us at info@rentmasonbees.com

We understand that lives are busy and sometimes event dates get missed. If you are unable to return your bees to your preferred location on the date we will be there, you are responsible for mailing the bees back to us. Our mailing address is 19813 51st Ave SE Bothell, WA 98012.

Credit Card Authorization: Subject to such limitations as may be set forth in applicable law, You irrevocably and unconditionally authorize Us to immediately submit for payment on the credit card You have provided Us all estimated charges coming due under this Agreement, and You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rent Mason Bees with respect to the same.

Return of Equipment: Any Bee Kits not returned by the end of September will be deemed lost and You will be charged full Bee Kit replacement fees.
