NEWS – Autumn Brings a Buzz: Bothell’s Rent Mason Bees team cleans millions of cocoons for spring release

Fall brings autumn leaves, pumpkin patches, and the annual cleaning of bee cocoons? At least that’s the case at Rent Mason Bees in Bothell.

The Snohomish County company is the “largest solitary bee provider in the country.” Every fall, Rent Mason Bees holds their annual Mason Bee Fall Harvest, where millions of rented mason bee cocoons are cleaned and prepared to be released in the spring season as healthy bees.
